Returns For Change Of Mind

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products that we know you'll love. However, If you're not completely happy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind simply contact us at hey@zurafit.com within 120 days of receiving your order. 

One of our support team will help the return of your product/s to your nearest returns location. Once we've received the product back we will process the refund for you.

Note: It may take 2-3 business days for the funds to reach your account depending on your bank/institution.

*The customer will have to cover any return/postage costs and provide a tracking number for the return in case it may get lost in transportation.

Returns For Faulty Products

To process a faulty product return you will need to contact us at hey@zurafit.com within 12 months of receiving your order (or within your warranty period if you've purchased an extended warranty). You will need to send us photos and/or images and/or a small description explaining what the fault is.

Once confirmed that the product is not operating correctly you will simply need to post your product/s back to the address provided by the team member processing your request.  Once we receive the product/s back you will be given the option to either receive a replacement or a 100% refund. Refunds/replacements will be processed within 1 business day.

It may take 2-3 business days for the funds to reach your account depending on your bank/institution. Note: We will cover any postage costs for this type of return.
