How Does The Money Back Guarantee Work?

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products that we know you'll love. However, If you're not completely happy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind simply contact us at hey@zurafit.com within 120 days of receiving your order. 

One of our support team will help the return of your product/s to your nearest returns location. Once we've received the product back we will process the refund for you.

Note: It may take 2-3 business days for the funds to reach your account depending on your bank/institution.

*The customer will have to cover any return/postage costs and provide a tracking number for the return in case it may get lost in transportation.

*Money back guarantee applies to the first purchase of any product only. If multiple of the same product are purchased (in a single transaction or multiple transactions) the money back guarantee will only cover the first product. This includes individual customers, people in the same household or address. We reserve the right to refuse claims if we believe the customer has purchased multiple of the same product before.
